Who do you typically work with?

Established companies with proven offerings and committed leadership, seeking structured improvement of growth, systems or operational performance. We do not take on early-stage ideation work.

How are engagements structured?

Every engagement begins with a confidential introduction and a written diagnostic. The engagement itself is contracted, with defined scope, deliverables, cadence and accountability.

Do you offer advisory only, or implementation?

Both. We act as advisors when that is sufficient, and as an integrated execution layer alongside the client's leadership when implementation is required.

What is your fee model?

Fees are scoped to the engagement and stated in the written agreement. We do not publish rates. Engagements are typically retainer-based over a defined horizon.
