Momentum IM LLC is a Limited Liability Company registered in the state of New Mexico, United States. The firm provides business consulting and operational implementation services to established companies seeking structured improvement of their growth, systems and performance.
We deliberately maintain a limited client portfolio. Engagements are scoped, documented and bound by written contract. The work is conducted with the client's leadership, not in place of it.
Founder
Benjamin Koch is the founder and managing member of Momentum IM LLC. He leads the firm's engagements and acts as the primary point of contact for prospective and active clients.
His background combines business strategy, technology integration and operational execution. The firm reflects that orientation: we treat advisory and implementation as a single discipline.
