The website at momentum-im.com and all related services are provided by Momentum IM LLC ("Momentum IM", "we", "our"), a Limited Liability Company registered in the State of New Mexico, United States, with registered address at 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States.

Momentum IM provides business consulting and operational implementation services to established companies, including growth strategy, process design, technology and systems implementation, and execution support. The specific scope, deliverables, fees and timeline applicable to any engagement are set out in a separate written engagement agreement signed by both parties.

No engagement is created through the use of this website alone. An engagement is established only upon execution of a written agreement between Momentum IM and the client. Information published on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.

Fees, payment terms, invoicing schedule and currency are set out in the applicable engagement agreement. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are payable within the terms specified in the agreement. Late payment may result in suspension of services.

Momentum IM exercises professional judgment and reasonable care in the performance of its services. The success of any business decision depends on many factors outside of our control, including the client's own decisions, execution and market conditions. We do not guarantee any specific commercial, financial or operational outcome.

Momentum IM treats client information as confidential and shares it only as required to perform the engagement, comply with law, or as expressly authorised by the client. Mutual confidentiality obligations are typically formalised in the engagement agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Momentum IM's aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the fees actually paid by the client to Momentum IM for the services giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event from which the claim arises. Momentum IM shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages.

Methodologies, frameworks, templates and pre-existing materials used by Momentum IM remain the property of Momentum IM. Deliverables produced specifically for the client under an engagement are governed by the intellectual property provisions of that engagement agreement.

You agree to use this website lawfully and in good faith. You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or compromise the security of the website, or use it to transmit unlawful content.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in that state, except where the parties have agreed otherwise in a specific engagement agreement.
